How do you get rid of the smell of weed?

What with crimestoppers wasting thousands of pounds of charity money on ridiculous cannabis scratch cards audaciously encouraging  ordinary citizens to become grasses (an insulting and dirty technique championed by the nazis) I thought some information on getting rid of smells might be appropriate.

If you are in the unfortunate situation of having to worry about the smells you are emitting from your place of residence then there are products available to help this.

ONA gel is particularly effective – with some people actually using it as well as their carbon filters. It creates a smell of freshly washed laundry. ONA gel can also be ‘revived’ to a certain extent with water once it has throughly dried out. Of course it can be used on its own too.  Highly recommended.

Neutradol is a cheaper alternative, and if you are using air conditioning then Ozium is recommended.

Carbon filters are of course the best way to get rid of any unwanted smells, but not everybody wants to spend this extra money.

I grow weed indoors fine without one. I use a fan and a window and tend not to grow really smelly strains. Currently I have auto-mazar and auto-blueberry flowering and the smell really is not a problem at all. And there are hundreds of low odor strains that will never smell like plod’s predetermined, misguided ideas of what cannabis actually is.

Ionisers can be helpful at keeping the smell down if you only have one or two plants. I use this one.

Do you have any special tips for keeping the pigs at bay?
